Free Masterclass Term:

The Free Masterclass is offered at no cost and provides access for the duration specified at the time of registration.

Participation Terms:

By registering for the Free Masterclass, you agree to participate fully in the event and understand that your registration grants you access to the content for the specified period.

Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, tools, and resources provided by the Company as part of the Free Masterclass (“Intellectual Property”) remain the sole property of the Company.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Intellectual Property solely for personal and professional use within the scope of the Free Masterclass.

The sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

Services not to be provided by The Company:
The Company, and its directors, employees and agents are not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and the information they provide is not intended as such.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s participation in the Free Masterclass.

The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the total value of the Free Masterclass, which is $0.
