By clicking “Agree” or proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the "Client," and Kate Morris Nutrition & Coaching PTY LTD.

Masterclass Term:

The Masterclass is a one-time offer with access granted for the duration specified at the time of registration.

Payment Terms:

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the full fee associated with the Masterclass.

The Masterclass fee must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure their payment information is accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in the inability to access the Masterclass until payment is resolved.

Refunds:


Masterclass fees are non-refundable or transferable.

Failure to attend or participate in the Masterclass does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of this agreement.

Intellectual Property:


All content, materials, tools, and resources provided by the Company as part of the Masterclass (“Intellectual Property”) remain the sole property of the Company.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Intellectual Property solely for personal and professional use within the scope of the Masterclass.

The sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s participation in the Masterclass.

The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Masterclass.
