By clicking “Agree” or proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the "Client," and Kate Morris Nutrition & Coaching PTY LTD.

Payment Terms:
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the full fee associated with the She Means Business Mastermind

The Mastermind fee must be paid as agreed on checkout.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure their payment information is accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in the inability to access the Mastermind s until payment is resolved.

Refunds:


Masterminds fees are non-refundable or transferable.

Failure to attend or participate in the Mstermind does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of this agreement.

Intellectual Property:


All content, materials, tools, and resources provided by the Company as part of the Mastermind (“Intellectual Property”) remain the sole property of the Company.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Intellectual Property solely for personal and professional use within the scope of the Mastermind

The sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability:

The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Client’s participation in the She Means Business Mastermind

The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Mastermind
Program Term:

By registering, you agree to actively participate and remain committed to the Program for its full duration until completion.

Payment Terms:

By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the Program fees.

Program fees will be charged in accordance with the payment plan selected at registration (e.g., monthly, in full, or another agreed-upon payment schedule).

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure their payment information is up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension of Program access until payment is resolved.

Cancellation Policy:

Clients may cancel their participation in the Program within 5 days of registration.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to katemorrispt@gmail.com.

Due to the nature of the Program, cancellations are not permitted once the 5-day grace period has passed. By registering, you agree to actively participate and remain committed to the Program for its full duration until completion.
