By clicking “Agree” or proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you the "Member" and Kate Morris Nutrition & Coaching PTY LTD.

Membership Term:
The membership requires a minimum commitment of six (6) months from the date of registration.

After the initial six-month period, the membership will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

Cancellation Policy:
Members may cancel their membership by providing at least two (2) weeks' written notice prior to their next billing cycle.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to katemorrispt@gmail.com
If a cancellation request is submitted before the six-month minimum term is completed, the Member remains responsible for the full six-month payment obligation.

Payment Terms:
By agreeing to these terms, you authorise the Company to charge your selected payment method for the membership fees.

Membership fees will be charged on a recurring basis in accordance with the payment plan selected at registration (e.g., monthly or in full).

It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that their payment information is up to date. Failed payments may result in suspension of membership access until payment is resolved.

Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable or transferable.
Failure to use the membership does not constitute grounds for a refund or early termination of the agreement.

Intellectual Property:

All content, materials, tools, and resources provided by the Company as part of the membership (“Intellectual Property”) remain the sole property of the Company.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Intellectual Property solely for personal and professional use within the scope of the membership.

Services not to be provided by The Company:
The Company, and its directors, employees and agents are not qualified to provide legal, tax, accounting or financial advice, and the information they provide is not intended as such.

Limitation of Liability:
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Member’s participation in the membership.

The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Member during the six-month term.
