By clicking “Agree” or proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement constitutes a binding contract between you, the "Client," and Kate Morris Nutrition & Coaching PTY LTD.

Service Term
The Business Audit Call is a one-hour consultation conducted over Zoom, designed to review key aspects of your business to prepare for growth or launching. Access to the session is granted upon full payment and confirmation of your booking.

Payment Terms
By agreeing to these terms, you authorize the Company to charge your selected payment method for the full fee associated with the Business Audit Call.

The full fee must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.

It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure their payment information is accurate and up to date. Failed payments may result in the cancellation of the booking until payment is resolved.

Refunds and Rescheduling
Refunds:
Business Audit Call fees are non-refundable or transferable.
Failure to attend the session does not constitute grounds for a refund or cancellation of this agreement.
Rescheduling:
Clients may reschedule their session by providing at least 24 hours' notice via email to katemorrispt@gmail.com.
Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may not be accommodated and may result in forfeiture of the session.

Intellectual Property
All content, recommendations, materials, and resources provided during the Business Audit Call (“Intellectual Property”) remain the sole property of Kate Morris Nutrition & Coaching PTY LTD.

Clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Intellectual Property solely for personal and professional use within the scope of the Business Audit Call.

The sharing, reproduction, or distribution of any materials without prior written consent from the Company is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the advice or recommendations provided during the Business Audit Call.

The Company’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to this agreement is limited to the total fees paid by the Client for the Business Audit Call.
